Positively Empowered Kids is led by Jackie Wilson and Claire Clements, both regularly wear their positive pants and superhero capes, and always surround themselves with the very best specialists, advocates, experts and all-round great people, whose vision and values match their own, which means special things happen on a weekly basis.

PEK has grown rapidly over the last 5 years, by collaborating with families, schools, external bodies, and public sector organisations, in fact, the whole ecosystem of a child. We are continuously finding ways to help create healthy environments where children can thrive.

Positively Empowered Kids offer a range of resources, programmes, workshops for children, parents/carers and educators to support the whole ecosystem of a child.
Our Youth Voice in Action and our Resilience Leader programmes are created as a train to share model, so a bigger ripple effect can take place.
Preventative is our approach to wellbeing . Training children to become trainers . Empowering children to be proactive with their mental health. Activating young people to have a voice. Helping adults within schools and communities become sharers of our expertise.
What wellbeing means to us
Our mission is to help each child discover their own unique way to create the very best toolkit to build resilience, manage their mind, build self-esteem so they can navigate lifes challenges through their journey through life.
Early intervention and providing children with a toolkit and skills for the future means children can flourish and thrive. Everything the PEK team delivers is to help with educating, inspiring and empowering the next generation to discover ways to be pro-active and grow positive mental health and wellbeing.
