Youth voice in action initiative – This project empowers young people to express views on the things that matter to them most and form working groups and create become change makers within their schools & communities, through a digital democracy, community organising platform. Pilot took place April-June 2021
Rise Up Programme – A programme to raise self-esteem & self-confidence leading to growing self-worth, by discovering our inner values, strengths and qualities. Through interactive and engaging activities, this programme empowers young people to believe in themselves and see their potential.
Resilience Programme/Workshops – Interactive empowering programme/workshops, guide students to discover their own inner resources and abilities to develop a resilient mind. Growing self awareness, taking responsibility for their emotions and thoughts, and learning how to navigate them more easily.
Mindful Me – Growing self-awareness is the key to developing a positive relationship with ourselves, the ability to observe what we think, feel and do, helping us to make good decisions through bringing ourselves into the present moment. From there our friendships and family relationships improve, and we feel able to bring stillness into moments of challenge more easily.
Employability Self Development Programme – Our Employability programme takes students on a journey of self-discovery, and is particularly suited to SEND students, or those lacking self-belief/confidence. By the end of the programme, they will have developed the knowledge that they have a greater potential than they realised, and have discovered personal qualities and strengths that they can tap into to be more employable and know how to create a successful life.
Staff INSET days, Workshops – Building staff well-being and resilience We offer many options to support the well-being of staff, as well as how to support children with their well being. Our staff sessions can be tailor made to suit the schools requirements. All can be provided ONLINE or in person
Self-discovery INSET days to develop resilience, mindset and self-care for Educators and/or supporting children with their well-being

Parent Workshops Alongside the programmes we offer for children, we also run parent workshops to support whole school well-being.
