What can you expect from your day?
Well first there’s the superhero cape walk. That’s been designed by wellbeing specialists to help children understand their own superpowers and then come together to celebrate them. Last year there was a snake of people walking around the course with their capes flying and their faces smiling.
Then there’s all the activities that will be available free of charge on the day including storytelling, wellbeing demonstrations, Power of Drums from Andy Harris, dance activities from Simply Dance, bouncy castles and inflatable obstacle courses, climbing walls, Little Adventure Forest School, sensory areas including one from Little Glow plus fabulous people like Zayden the lyrical genius, performance artist Jamal Sterrett and our compere Charmaine Daley.
You can also access Nottingham’s organisations that support children through schooling and mental health like CAMHs and Sunshine Support
